I've found a bug that I seem to be able to recreate in Windows 10 and Ubuntu. MediaElch 2.4.2 in both Windows and Ubuntu.
Essentially what I've run into is due to tinyMediaManager creating some odd entries for sets in the NFO files. For example, in Shrek Forever After, tinyMediaManager has created:
<overview>The fairytale story of a large, strong, solitude-loving, intimidating ogre named Shrek, and his friends.</overview>Shrek CollectionShrek Collection
In MediaElch, this shows up as, "Shrek CollectionThe fairytale story of a large, strong, solitude-loving, intimidating ogre named Shrek, and his friends.Shrek CollectionShrek Collection"
When I manually edit the NFO file to remove the < name > and < overview > entries to become just the < set > entry:
save the NFO file, and go to reload the database, everything works okay there. However, clicking on the "Movie Sets" after doing this, MediaElch crashes.
Once MediaElch is closed, reopened and movies are re-scanned, the changes are present, just wanted to post that this is happening between Windows and Ubuntu.
I'm ditching tinyMediaManager for MediaElch! :)
